If you can pay in full, or if you prefer autopay, the firm offers published discounts. Existing clients usually receive reduced rates on most matters. Eligibility is confirmed at intake, before you sign and pay.
Published discounts on attorney fees
If you pay the flat fee in full at the start, a 10% discount applies to attorney fees for the matter.
Applies to attorney fees only. Third-party costs like filing fees, agency fees, experts, and transcripts are not discounted.
If you set up autopay for an approved payment plan, a 3% discount applies to attorney fees for the matter.
Autopay keeps plans consistent and reduces admin time, which is why this discount is published.
If you have hired the firm before, you will usually get reduced pricing on most new matters. The amount depends on scope, timing, and the type of case.
Eligibility and pricing are confirmed after Michael reviews the new matter and where it stands procedurally.
How discounts get applied
Tell Michael what you are facing and when your next court date is. He confirms the scope and flat fee, then applies any qualifying discount before you sign and pay. If discounts cannot be combined in your situation, you will hear that up front, and the larger discount applies.
